Ford Probe Moonroof
The Ford Probe is more known on race tracks than on streets. It boasts most of
its race capabilities rather than its style and functionality. It is probably
aimed for the sports enthusiast market rather than for ordinary car buyers. Maybe,
this is the reason why it is powerful yet did not come stylish in any aspect.
However, there are ways to make the Ford Probe look more elegant and stylish.
When Ford manufactured it from 1989 to 1997, a moonroof/sunroof was always included
in its list of available options. Installing moonroof/sunroof can add elegance
as well as practicality to your car.
Moonroofs are car accessories similar to the sunroof but slides internally. Most
moonroofs feature a glass panel while some other features a metal panel, especially
for European cars. Moonroofs can either slide manually or automatically at a touch
of a button (power moonroof).
Moonroof options for the Ford Probe are the manual ones. They come as options
for all trims and never came as a standard feature. Power moonroofs were also
not included in the Probes list of optional accessories.
